Cool it, then whip it, and you have a fluffy frosting that can be piped or spread onto your cake! Chill it and roll into balls for a classic truffle filling...the possibilities are delicious! Vegan Chocolate Ganache
Prep Time: 2 minutes
7 oz vegan chocolate
4 oz unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
Combine vegan chocolate and milk of choice in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; remove and stir well. Return to microwave for another 30 seconds; remove and stir extremely well, for at least one minute or until ganache starts becoming smooth and shiny. It may look like the two ingredients aren't combining, but it will come together as long as you keep mixing! Return to microwave for a final 30 seconds; remove and stir until smooth. At this point, you can use to glaze desserts, cool to firm, or chill to use for truffles!
