Class description:
This 2 hour class takes place in our private and allergen-free space and includes everything you need to learn how to make delicious gluten-free focaccia and vegan pesto!
All ingredients are Free of Top 9 Food Allergens; vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, artificial color free!
We will provide a variety of vegetables and toppings, so while your focaccia bread dough is rising, we will teach you to make your own customized artistic design for your focaccia!

While your bread bakes, you will learn how to make allergen free, vegan, nut-free pesto so that each participant can take home a jar of home made pesto to enjoy with their focaccia! Secret recipe courtesy of local celebrity Chef Tammy Brawley of The Green Kitchen.
